my amazing race life

Here on a Thursday morning....I feel like I've been on the amazing race....
my parents are out of town and they help me so much....
so I have ran from place to place with children taking and picking up
and when I sit down I just seem to think of what do I need to do next...

ever have those days, weeks, moments....
when all you can think about what do I need to do next...

not thank you Lord for bringing me to this place
not what do I need to do here in the place...

Lord, I pray that today you will help me be in the place I am...
live for you in that moment and not just check off the places on my list.



Be merciful to me, my God,
    for my enemies are in hot pursuit;
    all day long they press their attack.
 My adversaries pursue me all day long;
    in their pride many are attacking me.
 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
