#2 Cause of Worry

i am a worry wart
no really i am
my grandmother bought me a worry rock
when i was 8 years old
it was bad then
and it hasn't gotten any better

so as we discussed the difference between guilt and conviction
i began to worry
which do i have?
which do i answer too?
is there a difference?
